Who we are
This site is operated by Shoko Designs, LLC ("we"). Questions about this policy go to shokodesignsllc@gmail.com.
What we collect
The audit request form collects four fields only:
- Name
- Work email
- Company
- Website URL
We use these to review your website and contact you about the audit you requested. We do not ask for, and please do not send, any health, patient, or clinical information.
The form is processed by a third-party form service, Formspree, which delivers submissions to our email. To block spam, the form uses Google reCAPTCHA v3. Its script loads only once you start filling in the form, and it sends Google information about your device and how you interact with the page. Google's Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) and Terms of Service (opens in a new tab) apply. If you book a call through Calendly, Calendly's own privacy policy applies to the details you give it.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 only if you choose "Allow analytics" in the cookie banner. Until then, Google Analytics does not load and no analytics cookies are set. If you allow it, Google Analytics records pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and whether an audit request was submitted. We record one conversion event, when an audit form is sent successfully.
Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. You can change it at any time with "Cookie settings" in the footer.
Who can access this data
- Shoko Designs, LLC (USA): form submissions and analytics.
- Nucleo Analytics (India): may access marketing data, such as Google Analytics reports, Google Ads, and Search Console, to deliver SEO and Ads work under our direction.
- Dream Cha (Japan): works on back-end and technical tasks and does not access form submissions by default.
Partners work only on marketing and non-sensitive technical tasks by default. We do not give partners access to confidential client data or customer records unless a signed data-protection agreement is in place and the client has approved it.
We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
CONFIRM Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete them. Google Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Analytics account.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information you sent through the form by emailing shokodesignsllc@gmail.com.
